Sinopse
A caixa contendo Pinhead é comprada por um jovem playboy como escultura. Pinhead pretende escapar usando o dono da caixa para atrair possíveis vítimas, para que ele possa finalmente criar um corpo no mundo dos vivos. Uma vez livre, Pinhead pretende destruir o cubo e nunca mais precisar voltar para o inferno. A repórter Joey Summerskill está investigando os terríveis assassinatos e poderá ser um problema para os planos de Pinhead. O inferno está prestes a ser solto novamente.
