Sinopse
Depois que sua esposa leva seu filho e o abandona, o sargento John Stryker é um homem amargurado que descarrega seu sofrimento em cima dos homens sob seu comando. Eles são um bando de recrutas verdes que têm dificuldade em lidar com pessoas difíceis e casca grossa como Stryker. Mesmo os seus antigos amigos começam a se perguntar se ele deixou de ser o exemplo de sargento duro para ser um homem no limite.
