Sinopse
Eliot Arnold (Tim Allen) é um colunista do jornal Miami Herald que foi recentemente abandonado por sua esposa e passa por problemas com Matt (Ben Foster), seu filho adolescente. A vida dele começa a mudar quando conhece Anna Herk (Rene Russo), uma atraente mulher que é também a esposa de Arthur (Stanley Tucci) e mãe de Jenny (Zooey Deschanel), namorada de Matt. Anna e Eliot sentem-se atraídos um pelo outro, até que suas vidas são unidas a uma misteriosa mala, que pode estar repleta de bombas e que está na mira do FBI e de assassinos profissionais.
