Sinopse
Este curta-metragem animado gira em torno dos eventos que causam uma falha de sistemas elétricos na costa oeste dos EUA. De acordo com a cronologia oficial de Blade Runner 2049, essa falha leva a falta de energia elétrica nas cidades, mercados financeiros e comerciais sendo lançados no caos e os estoques de alimentos diminuindo. Não há nenhuma prova sobre o que causou os apagões, mas Replicantes - os robôs de bio-engenharia apresentados no filme Blade Runner originel, são culpados.
