Sinopse
Em um mundo alternativo, mas misteriosamente similar ao nosso, o Japão perdeu a 2.º Guerra Mundial… não aos americanos, mas para a Alemanha nazista. O país então caiu num estado de pobreza e de abandono. A população tornou agitada e a policia se tornou uma força política fascista. A maior ameaça ao governo é um grupo terrorista chamado “A Seita”. Para combater estes terroristas é criado uma divisão especial com unidades blindadas. Um homem desta divisão especial, Fuse Kazuki, é posto em uma situação em que ou mata uma jovem ou é morto. A decisão tomada afetará cada aspecto de sua vida a partir de então.
